Our Terms For Collections
– Please note that for a booking to be confirmed you must return a signed copy of your rental agreement.
– All collections must be paid for in full upon booking ( please note that any deposits paid are non refundable and any cancellations will be subject to our cancellation policy www.lizardevents.com/cancellation-policy/ ).
– The person that collects the equipment must be the person who is named on the rental agreement.
– Collections are on Friday between 9.30am and 11.30am, returns are Monday between 9.30am and 11.30am, as per your rental agreement.
– We require 2 forms of ID upon collection, one photographic and one with your address, a debit or credit card will also be required for the deposit payment. These documents / Cards must be in the name of the hirer.
– It is the hirers responsibility to move and load all equipment from warehouse entrance into your vehicle, we are unable to offer any assistance with loading / unloading of your vehicle. Please bring extra help if needed.
– Collections outside of these hours may not be available but will still be charged, late returns will incur additional costs. Please refer to our terms and condition for further details.
– Equipment will be ready for you to transfer to your vehicle – we are unable to assist with loading and unloading of equipment
